I am Kelly Torres-Gonzalez, A highly adaptable and passionate visual designer who is capable of being ahead of the curve to turn clients’ ideas into a beautiful reality. I have been designing for nearly ten years after watching my mom design banners and icons for her and her friend’s MySpace pages. When I became old enough to get my own accounts for various social media sites I would design my own banners, icons, and overlays for YouTube videos. My friend’s took notice of how nice my designs looked so they pushed me into doing some freelancing for content creators, so I did.
While attending Northern Virginia Community College I was introduced to web design and really enjoyed learning how to do HTML and CSS, so when I transferred to George Mason I decided to make web design my minor. I was then introduced to so many types of design work during my time at George Mason that I want to become a designer that can handle any project that is being assigned.
